Trainings
Trainings are given on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 18:30 to 19:30. be ready on time. We really start at 18:30. the karateka's wear a gi (karate suit) you are new you can of course participate in training pants/jogging pants and shirt, 2 trial lessons are always possible.
